A contract has two purposes. First, it serves as a reminder of what each party agreed to do. As such, it is imperative that it be drafted in a way that all foreseeable contingencies are covered, and all obligations are listed. This is something, especially in the healthcare arena, that we are particularly suited to do. DO NOT leave the future to chance. The second reason for a contract is to assure what happens if it is breached. A poorly drafted contract can lead to protracted litigation which, even if you win, could cost you thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and court costs.

A poorly drafted or incompletely reviewed contract is worse than worthless. It leaves you with the impression that you are protected even when you’re not. DO NOT SIGN anything without calling us to review it. Our reasonable fees will ensure a reasonable result; not an unreasonable surprise.

SALES AND LEASE AGREEMENTS

Like a business or employment contract, a sales or lease agreement must be both properly drafted and completely reviewed before irreparable harm occurs to either side.
